Her distinguished career demonstrates an exceptional ability to bridge scientific research, R&amp;D and market needs to deliver sustainable value for growers worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, as Global Marketing Director at Koppert, a leading player in the biosolutions sector, and a member of the Global Leadership Team in the Netherlands, Boock spearheaded a significant organizational transformation, successfully integrating marketing, innovation, and regulatory functions into a single, collaborative structure, strengthening the company&#8217;s leadership in biocontrol technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, as Head of Crop Solutions at\u00a0Clariant\u00a0in Switzerland, she skillfully managed the global adjuvants and specialties portfolio.
