Protection by micellar encapsulation

Detone contains two types of surfactants which aggregate together to form amphiphilic micelles. The external face of the micelles is hydrophilic (affinity with water) while the core of the micelles is lipophilic (affinity with oil). Therefore, every type of active ingredient is encapsulated inside the micelles or at the periphery.

A hybrid adjuvant for soil and leaves

Detone, combined with root herbicides:

• Protects active substances from adsorption by the clay-humic complex thanks to micellar encapsulation.
• Solubilises herbicides in the soil solution ensuring their mobility and availability to weeds.
• Protects active ingredients from photolysis thanks to its micellar shield.

Detone, combined with foliar herbicides:

• Optimises spreading to reach all types of targets and stage of development,
• Improves retention to limit losses,
• Combines two penetration modes: hydrophilic and lipophilic to maximize penetration in weeds.
